Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Zero Sense. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your legal rights.

About us

Zero Sense is a Pokémon card shop based in Horsforth, Leeds. You can contact us at hello@zerosensetcg.co.uk.

Placing an order

When you place an order we will email you to confirm we have received it. Your order becomes a contract when we send it to you. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, and if so we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. You pay by card, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are sent out on the release day. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been sent.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK only. Our delivery prices and times are on the Delivery page. The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered.

Returns and refunds

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Our full Returns policy is on the Returns page.

Product information

We try to make sure our descriptions and photos are accurate, but photos are for illustration and packaging can change. Pokémon is a trademark of its owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can decide any dispute. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to go to the courts where you live.

Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
