Your 14-day right to return
You can cancel your order and send it back, for any reason, within 14 days of it being delivered. You do not have to tell us why.
Unopened items
For a full refund, items must be unopened, still sealed and in the condition they arrived in. Please keep all the original packaging.
Opened items
If a booster pack, box or other sealed product has been opened, or an item has been used or handled more than you could in a shop, we cannot give a full refund. We may reduce the refund to reflect the lost value.
How to return something
Email us at hello@zerosensetcg.co.uk with your order number to tell us you want to return it, then post it back to us within 14 days. You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of getting your items back, or of you sending us proof of postage. The refund goes back to the card you paid with and includes the standard delivery cost.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been sent. Once it has been delivered, the 14-day rule above applies.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us straight away with photos. We will replace it or refund you, and we will cover the postage.
