This policy explains what personal information Zero Sense collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and your rights.
Who we are
Zero Sense is a Pokémon card shop based in Horsforth, Leeds. We are the controller of your personal information. You can contact us at hello@zerosensetcg.co.uk.
What we collect
When you order or create an account we collect your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and order history. If you create an account we also store your sign-in details, and your password is stored securely and never in plain text.
If you use a "Notify me" box we collect your email address so we can tell you when a product is available.
We do not see or store your full card details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your orders (so we can fulfil our contract with you).
To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as accounts and tax records.
To tell you when a product you asked about is available. We only do this if you ask us to, and you can stop at any time.
To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure.
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed with: Stripe, to take your payment; Royal Mail or other delivery companies, to deliver your order; and our website, database and sign-in providers, who store and send information for us. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, using appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax, usually up to six years. We keep restock email requests until you ask us to stop. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies, which keep your basket and sign-in working. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to take back any consent you gave. To use any of these rights, email hello@zerosensetcg.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
